The Henry and Rilla Foundation is built upon a history of caring for children & Families. The Henry and Rilla White Foundation is a Florida-based, not-for-profit corporation founded to serve troubled youth and their families.

It was established in 1988 in memory of two of Levy County's most respected citizens, Henry and Rilla White. Henry was a teacher, school board member, and superintendent of the Levy County School System...

The White Foundation has the experienced staff to deliver a wide range of quality services.

With more than 150 employees, the White Foundation provides:

Mental Health Counseling
Substance Abuse Prevention & Intervention Services
Education Programs for Children Who Have Serious Emotional Disturbances
Adult Day Treatment Services
In-Community Juvenile Justice Programs
Residential Juvenile Justice Program

Our counselors, case managers, and therapists are currently working with over 1000 children, adults, and their families throughout the state.

How can individuals take advantage of services of the Henry & Rilla White Foundation?
