PURPOSE OF THE PLAN: This
Equal Employment Opportunity Plan has been designed by
the Foundation
to
reaffirm and
strengthen
our policy of providing equal employment opportunity in
all of its operations and in all areas of employment practice
and to assure that there shall be no discrimination against
any employee or applicant for employment on the grounds
of race, color, religion, sex, age, marital status or national
origin. It is the purpose of this Plan to both reaffirm
this policy of the Foundation toward employment of qualified
individual without discrimination, and to provide a format
for the implementation of this policy.
